TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
EASY ICE MELT RESIDENTIAL SNOW REMOVAL SERVICES AND ICE MELT PRODUCTS
1. RESIDENTIAL SNOW REMOVAL SERVICES:
1.1 The "Service Provider" refers to the entity providing snow removal services using Easy Ice Melt products.
1.2 The "Client" refers to the homeowner or resident contracting the snow removal services.
1.3 Invictus Professional Snowfighters LTD agrees to use reasonable efforts to perform snow removal services in a timely and efficient manner.
1.4 The Client agrees to provide clear access to the property and follow any specific guidelines communicated by the Service Provider.
1.5 Invictus Professional Snowfighters LTD is not liable for damages resulting from unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to severe weather conditions, force majeure events, or any damages caused by the Client's failure to follow guidelines.
2. ICE MELT PRODUCTS:
2.1 Easy Ice Melt products are proprietary de-icing agents provided by Invictus Professional Snowfighters LTD. Use of these products is subject to the instructions and guidelines provided by Easy Ice Melt.
2.2 The Client agrees to use Easy Ice Melt products strictly in accordance with the provided instructions.
2.3 Invictus Professional Snowfighters LTD is not liable for any damages resulting from misuse or improper application of Easy Ice Melt products.
3. HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT:
3.1 The Client agrees to indemnify and hold Invictus Professional Snowfighters LTD] harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of the snow removal services or use of Easy Ice Melt products.
3.2 The Client acknowledges that snow removal and ice melt activities inherently carry certain risks, and the Client assumes all such risks.
4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
4.1 In no event shall Invictus Professional Snowfighters LTD be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, arising out of or in connection with the services or products.
5. GOVERNING LAW:
5.1 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflicts of law principles.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS:
By engaging in residential snow removal services or using Easy Ice Melt products, the Client acknowledges and accepts these terms and conditions.
